Description: ARIS, on behalf of a private investor, undertook the execution of the design studies and the technical consultancy services, for the development of a new settlement on an public inhabited island, near the Attica coastal front. The entire surface of the island is 1,4 million square meters while the development surface is nearly 250 thousand square meters. We provided a variety of different land uses, so as to develop an autonomous tourism village with its own infrastructure. The development includes:
