Mixed use development in Porto Palermo, Albania

We had executed the urban design study and the Master Plan, regarding the recreation and development of the area of Porto Palermo. The development of the area was addressed as a Strategic Tourism Investment and the entire area was considered as one single urban area of 78ha. The project consists of various zones of activities and uses, while maintaining one single and unified business operation model.

The proposed zones include: Hotels and bungalows/ Port, marina and public service area/ Residential village/ Sports facilities/ Villas/ Swimming and water sports/ Administrative and supporting facilities/ Commercial buildings/ Cultural/ Heliport/ Yacht club.

The main idea of the project is the development of 3 main attraction poles, in the north and south of the main pole which is the Ali Pasha castle, which are being supported by the abovementioned functions/ uses.
