New office building and warehouse for BENNETT

ARISE ARCHITECTS executed on behalf of Bennett the architectural design study for the refurbishment and expansion of an existing building in Metamorfosi, Attiki. The design study included the addition of an extra floor (2nd level), which will be used for the offices of the company. The 1st floor comprises the production area and the necessary clean rooms and laboratories, while the ground floor will be used for storing and packaging. Further supporting uses were included in the ground floor e.g., meeting rooms, canteen etc. The main storage area is located in the underground floors, where various dock shelters are going to facilitate the transportation of the manufactured products.
