Description: ARIS executed the urban design studies, the preliminary architectural design studies and the business plan for the regeneration of an old brownfield plot, close to the Athens city centre, and the development of the first Tourism Resort in the centre of Athens. The development comprises 2 Hotels, One Tower – restaurant, as a landmark, a shopping centre, a Rehab centre, a Cultural & Congress Centre, a High Technology training centre, a Business centre, an Exhibition centre, Athletic and supporting facilities.
