ARISE ARCHITECTS – CHRISTINA MITROPOULOU (formerly A.R.I.S. Architects) is an architectural design and consulting firm with over five decades of experience.

Company evolution and background

The company evolved through the long-standing trajectory of A.R.I.S. Architects, preserving and further developing the expertise, design consistency, and professional reliability that have characterized it since its foundation by architect Michalis Mitropoulos in the early 1980s.

The firm operates in Greece, across various European Union countries, in the Balkans, and in GCC countries, providing integrated design, planning, and technical consulting services for a wide range of projects in both, the private and public sector. Its portfolio includes, among others, airports, stadiums and sports facilities, residential developments, industrial buildings, schools, commercial and educational facilities, and large-scale projects.

Design philosophy

The company’s philosophy is based on creating solutions that combine architectural quality, functionality, technical excellence, and long-term value for the investor and the end user. Each project is treated as a unique challenge, aiming for the optimal balance between aesthetics, construction quality, and business objectives. This philosophy and approach to every challenge can be described by the phrase “How can we make it happen?”, which originates from the company’s founder Michalis Mitropoulos.

We firmly believe that every problem has a solution, and for this reason our goal is to continually push our own limits in the face of each new challenge. The ongoing pursuit of innovation, commitment to quality, respect for the client, and a strategic approach to design form the foundations of our operations and guide our future growth.
