ARIS undertook, on behalf of Panita, the execution of the masterplanning, the design studies and the technical consultancy services, for the development of a new retail park in the northern part of Athens. The entire surface of the plot is 85 thousand square meters while the development surface is nearly 71 thousand square meters.
